sp; 人民财讯8月22日电，万科A(000002)8月22日晚间披露2025年半年报，公司上半年实现营业收入1053.23亿元，同比下降26.23%；归母净利润为亏损119.47亿元，上年同期亏损98.52亿元。报告期内，业绩亏损的主要原因如下：1.房地产开发项目结算规模显著下降，毛利率仍处低位；2.结合行业、市场和经营环境变化，考虑到业务风险敞口升高，新增计提了资产减值；3.部分大宗

45.6亿美元下降超过29%。这在很大程度上归因于该集团保险业务表现疲软。保险承保利润从上年同期的34.1亿美元降至15.6亿美元，降幅54%。报告显示，伯克希尔的保险承保业务仍由汽车保险公司 Geico 主导，该公司近年来因大范围提价导致客户留存率下滑。保险投资收益从40.88亿美元降至31亿美元下滑近25%。　　2025全年，公司营收3714.44亿美元，上年同期3714.33亿美元；运营利润
